  • A deep cleaning is a thorough and detailed cleaning of a space. Furniture and items are moved away from walls (if not heavy) so corners, hard to reach places and crevices can be cleaned.

  • We work and charge by the job.

  • Once you submit your online questionnaire; please allow us 24-72 hours to respond with the quote.

  • Yes, depending on the answers to the online questionnaire. Note: videos insure quote accuracy.

  • Quotes are customized to each client as everyone has different spaces, circumstances and cleaning needs.

  • Our fees include labor, cleaning supplies/equipment and travel surcharge.

  • All NY appointment fees are subject to NYS sales tax.

  • Gratuity is not included in our quoted fee, but tipping is appreciated.

  • We are Bronx, New York based and we service all surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius. We service Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn & Long Island (Nassau County). We service some zip codes in the following areas with limited availability (a travel surcharge will apply): Staten Island, Long Island (Suffolk County) , Rockland County, Westchester County, New Jersey & Connecticut. Please contact us to see if your area can be serviced.

    • You sign the contract and make the deposit payment.

  • Our deposit is 80% of quoted fee (pre-tax).

  • Balance due immediately on appointment date.

  • We accept Zelle and Venmo for residential clients. Business checks, Zelle, EFT and Bill.com for commercial clients.

  • Timing will depend upon how many cleaners are assigned to the job and the condition of the property.

  • For the most part, all you have to do is give us access to your space.

  • Upon arrival a walk-thru consultation is provided. We then require that clients step out (with pets if any) for the duration of the service.

  • We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

    • A family member or friend can let us in.

    • You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.

    • You can give us the code to the garage or a lock box.

    • You can leave the door unlocked on the day of cleaning (if you are comfortable).

  • We use a combination of traditional and green products. Upon request, we can use green, eco-friendly products only or we can also use any of your products, if you prefer.

  • If we miss an item included in the work specifications…just contact us within 24-48 hours of your cleaning and we will schedule a cleaner to come fix the issue as soon as possible.

  • Client will be subject to a cancellation fee if any of the following occurs:

    • Client cancels service within (3) days of scheduled service date.

    • Client reschedules appointment to a different date and within (3) days of scheduled service date.

    • If Sierra Cleaning Services Inc. shows up to Client’s address on service date/time and is unable to obtain access to property, or reach/communicate with Client.

  • We usually book about (2) weeks in advance. Last minute bookings work out sometimes. Reach out to us and ask about availability.

  • A deep cleaning is always initial. A client who receives our initial deep cleaning, can schedule follow-up a basic cleanings with us within the first (2) months after deep cleaning. After (2) months, another deep cleaning would apply.

  • Deep cleaning of a vacant property is as much work as cleaning a furnished property. During our Move-In/Out Deep Cleaning service, we clean items such as interior cabinets , closets , oven, behind major appliances, window tracks etc. Things we don’t clean and include on our General Deep Cleaning service of furnished property.

  • These services can be added to any package for an additional fee (if not included in your package already)(these are not stand-alone services): Interior kitchen cabinet cleaning, oven cleaning, interior refrigerator cleaning, freezer cleaning, cleaning behind stove/refrigerator, wall cleaning, window blinds cleaning (upon inspection), heater cleaning (upon inspection) and organizational services.
